Comprendre notre activité :

Les maladies cardio-vasculaires sont la première cause de mortalité dans le monde.
Elles constituent un ensemble de troubles affectant le cœur et les vaisseaux sanguins, qui comprend: l’athérosclérose (lésion de gros vaisseaux ou macroangiopathie) ou le diabète et l’hypertension (lésions de petits vaisseaux ou microangiopathie) réduisent le diamètre du lumen du vaisseau et de la perfusion artérielle, menant à l’ischémie tissulaire.
Les angines du myocarde, infarctus et accidents vasculaires cérébraux sont de grandes causes de mortalité, mais provoquent aussi l’artériopathie des membres postérieurs, la néphropathie, la cécité, la pré-éclampsie, la neurodégénérescence et l’ostéoporose.
Comprendre le développement et la formation de vaisseaux dans un organe est un enjeu majeur dans le contexte de la biologie du développement, de la médecine régénérative et de la chirurgie (maladie ischémique et transplantation) en oncologie et ophtalmologie

A quoi servira l’argent collecté ?

Les produits utilisés dans les laboratoires de recherche sont très onéreux et vendus en très petite quantité (de l’ordre du µL). Ils sont utilisés pour les études histologiques, biochimiques et biologie moléculaire.

Avantages fiscaux

Réduction fiscale pour les entreprises : les entreprises peuvent bénéficier d’une diminution de l’impôt sur les sociétés (IS) qu’elles auront à payer, égale à 60 % du montant de leur don (dans la limite d’un montant total de don inférieur ou égal à 10 000 € ou à 0,5 % de leur chiffre d’affaires lorsque ce dernier montant est plus élevé). Si le don est supérieur à la limite des 0,5 % du CA, l’excédent peut être reporté sur les 5 exercices suivants. En outre, depuis le 1er janvier 2019, les entreprises effectuant des dons sont assujetties à de nouvelles obligations déclaratives (voir article 148 et 149 de la loi de finances n°2018-1317 et article 238 bis du Code Général des Impôts).

Réduction fiscale pour les particuliers : les particuliers peuvent bénéficier d’une diminution de l’impôt sur le revenu (IRPP) qu’ils auront à payer, égale à 66 % de leur don, dans la limite d’un montant total de don inférieur ou égal à 20 % de revenu imposable du foyer. Si le montant total du don excède cette limite, l’excédent peut être reporté sur les 5 années suivantes (voir article 200 du Code Général des Impôts).
